☆Review- Pinky Paradise EOS Dolly Eye Green Contact Lenses!~

Hey guys, what's up! I hope every one had a good time at all of the conventions this past weekend! I know there where a lot of them. I'm exhausted from my convention, personally, but I'm back now and have several reviews for you guys! First up is a pair of contact lenses sponsored to me by Pinky Paradise! This is my first sponsored review for them.

Here is the package and the wrap it came in! (It came with another pair of lenses as well so that's why the photo is cropped and the package is so big)

These lenses are EOS Dolly Eye Green and I've wanted these for quite some time! They are some of the brightest green lenses I've seen, although the lighting in these photos is washing that out a bit! 

These lenses do come sealed in a vile and are available in prescription! I always love the animal cases that Pinky Paradise sends along. These lenses are priced at $25.90 USD!

I Actually wore these for the first time in cosplay, so that's why my eyebrows and such are different from normal! haha.

This is a photo of my natural eye color in evening window lighting before putting in any contact lenses.

This is a photo in the same window lighting of both contacts in! They are soo green and I am actually in love. I've been on the hunt for green lenses this bright for so long.

This final close-up photo is of only one lens in, so to compare side-by-side how the contact lens effects my eye.

Finally, a full-face shot of me with the lenses in. Again, I was in cosplay, so forgive the in-character appearance! 

~In depth Review~

Fit: ☠ ☠ ☠ ☠ 

These contacts are the perfect size for my eyes in the cosplay I plan to wear them for, as the diameter is smaller and the character is a boy! They are on the smaller side of circle lenses at only 14.2 mm, although for me and the purpose I have them for, they're perfect! My only complaint is that they seemed to get a bit dryer than some other lenses more quickly.

These lenses are VERY bright green and great for if you want it to be unmistakable what color your eyes are haha. I have been looking for a green this way for a long time. There is a black circle around the edges that helps to make them seem more animated, although there are also thin black lines around the pupil that help them to appear less fake and flat!

These are very comfortable and the printing is very clean and there are no discolorations! I would say these are nearly flawless quality.

I don't even have words for how great these are! I plan on using them for several cosplays in the future!! I cant even wait to get more use out of them. They are bright and fairly comfy and totally spot-on.

Dramatical Murder themed ‘Ex-Prisoner’s Headband’

Hey guys! So, Kenya Thompson of Snowbunnystudios on Etsy was nice enough to sponsor me a Mink headband from her shop, so here I thought I’d write a little review on it!

Inside was, of course, the headband! She also included a small white button that I’m assuming is her shop advert, 

On the front of the sealed plastic wrapping, there is a small card attached with her shop name and logo on it. Really cute and sweet looking.

I didn’t photograph it, although there was a strip of card stock inside if the headband within the packaging, keeping it straight and neat looking!

Quality 4/5: This headband is made of some sort of stretchy material, and while that type of material tends to be cheap and unappealing, I find that this specific headband manages to feel durable and lightweight without being flimsy or anything! It’s thin, although that doesn’t affect the look of the headband. The only small complaint I could think of was the minor denting in the button, although its nothing huge or too noticeable unless really close.

Accuracy 5/5: The headband seems to be perfect in width and color! Most Mink headbands I’ve seen for sale around EBay are the infamous cosplay polyester, as well as the wrong shade of pink. 

Comfort 5/5: As mentioned before, this headband is lightweight while remaining durable and opaque, so you could wear it around your forehead in cosplay in hot weather, and it will be as comfortable as an item such as this can be. Its not too tight on my head personally, and has a lot of stretch to it!

Overall 4.5/5 This headband is great and it’s what Im going to recommend to my Mink in our DMMD group. Its the best I’ve seen, and aside from the button there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it! You guys should check out Kenya at her shop here, as shes got loads of other materials such as this.

So I got these lenses from Solution-Lens yesterday!

These are what the lenses looked like in the vile and case!

They are a REALLY vibrant purple with bright yellow on the inner ring. There is also a lighter lavender between the darker purple and the yellow, and yellow dashes and designs are all through out the lenses.

They are INCREDIBLY detailed, and the backing is opaque, meaning that they will show up true to color, and not transparent on all eye colors.

And Full-face!!~

-Detailed review-

Fit: 5/5

These contacts are nice and big at 15.0 in size, and that is perfect for my personal eye size! They didn’t shift or look weird when i moved my eyes around. The fit was absolutely perfect!

Look: 5/5

These have got to be the most INTRICATE and detailed lenses I own! They are so beautiful and I really hope to own the whole series in the future! Yellow and purple complement each other well.

Quality: 4/5

These lenses are really nicely printed and completely opaque, even on the back of the lens, so the details, purples and yellows all show up just as vibrant and true to color on even dark eyes. The only minor issue was that one of the purple rings was larger on one contact from the other, although it is minor and impossibly hard to notice unless pointed out.

Overall: 5/5

I love these! Like I said, I hope to own them all in the future. I can wear these comfortably and daily without any issues and Im glad that Solution-lens was kind enough to sponsor them to me!!!

My eyes are greyish blue and sometimes green, and they are hooded!

Vassen and GEO are my favorite brands and Red and Violet are my favorite colors to wear. Vassen Yiwa Violet and GEOlica Celine Brown are my favorite lenses specifically.

- Do you often wear color lenses (which brands) ?

I wear them nearly every day and I typically wear Vassen or Geo.
